Garage Sale!!

Today was the final installment of who Super Sale!!! Last weekend and today we held a good ole fashion garage sale. It was not only a good reason to fund raise but we got rid of a lot of stuff that was just taking up space.

The Grand Total is... almost $400!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That enough to cover part of my malaria medication. Ha ha so much for extra money in the bank, but its going to a good cause so it was worth it. :)

Shot in The Arm and Disease is to Blame

Well today I got my first round of shots! (The price hurt far more than the actual shot!!!!!!!) I am now immune to Yellow Fever, Hep A, Polio, and Hep B. I guess this means that I really am going to Africa!!

Next week: Hep B #2, Typhoid and Meningitis.

After this no disease can touch me!!

Getting Ready!!

Ok everyone, as some of you know I am going to Uganda this summer!!!! I only have 24 day until I fly off to far away Africa, so I wanted to keep you posted on the before, during and after of my awesome adventure. I'm really excited to go and help out the people there. I'll keep you posted as best as I can.
